Clients include Banks, Brokerages, Hedge Funds, Financial Advisors, Prime Brokers, Market Makers and other market participants.
We are growing our Sales & Client Solutions teams in the United States and London and are looking for a London-based person to lead the charge into the EMEA region. This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorking alongside the Institutional and Enterprise Sales teams, Product and the Client Success Team to establish Pre-Sales & Client Solutions as subject matter experts in front of Clients and PartnersAbility to construct Client Proposals, pitch decks and marketing material to best represent our products and client solutions to the various client segment typesExcellent client engagement skills (as a subject matter expert) in terms of functional, operational and technical representation of the Bosonic Network and our enterprise solutionsAble to lead demonstrations, workshops and detailed workflow reviews with clients and partners to help achieve client acquisitionContribute to the strategy of the business utilising your experience of the market and the functions of the various actors on the Bosonic Network
Other DutiesStrong commitment to building relationships and working collaboratively especially across Sales and ProductWorking with the designated Sales executive, take ownership of RFP processes and ensuring its completion within the agreed deadlinesEngaging with defined key client stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact and helping coordinate interactions between the client and BOSONIC teams during the sales and RFP phase through to deal closureShielding Product from Client demands during the RFP and Product delivery phase, and ensuring communication is managed through the appropriate funnelsEngaging with the Client Success Team to ensure client demands are known and understood, and any proposed commitments regarding our product or services can be fulfilledContinuing to support the development of the Client relationships on an ongoing basis. Ensuring the clients current and future needs are understood, both on the part of BOSONIC and the ClientEnsuring appropriate representation of BOSONICs products to the client and partnersEngaging with the partners to develop joint client engagements and product initiativesGrowing your network within the client and partner space, building relationships which may facilitate future opportunities for BOSONICAttending events and speaking at conferences on behalf of BOSONICAssisting with the identification of future sales and marketing opportunitiesEnsuring you have subject matter knowledge of BOSONIC’s Products and the relevant demands and trends across Institutional and Enterprise Clients and how we develop the end- to-end capabilities to and including with the Partners, namely Custodians, Lenders, Exchanges, Market Makers etcInteracting effectively with internal processes and communication tools across Sales and ProductLiaising with Product to provide insights and influence the Product Roadmap across all BOSONIC products
