Client Success Manager
Founded in 2016, BOSONIC is a leading decentralized Financial Market Infrastructure “dFMI” company with offices in San Francisco, New York & London that provides a unique solution to eliminate counterparty credit and settlement risk in Digital Asset & Crypto markets. Clients include Banks, Brokerages, Hedge Funds, Financial Advisors, Prime Brokers, Market Makers and other market participants.

We are growing our Client Success teams in the United States and United Kingdom and are looking for a NYC-based person to manage our critical client on-boarding and servicing activities into the region.

Location: NYC

  • Reporting to the Head of Client Success
  • Provide best in class client experience through the life cycle of the client journey (from onboarding to servicing)
  • Help build and develop a high-performance Client Success function
  • Provide regular progress and updates on client on-boarding and service support
  • Showcase the value of Bosonic and ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement
  • Collaborate with notable institutional clients and fast-growing digital asset custody (DACs) providers
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to provide support & user training
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales to optimize usage, collect product feedback, and present solutions to help clients solve their challenges
  • Team up with our Engineering and the DACs through the onboarding to ensure the successful activation of new accounts
  • Partner with the Sales team throughout the customer lifecycle to prevent churn and ensure renewals

  • Skills & Experience
  • Experience with hands-on account management or client success management in the technology or finance sectors
  • Strong desire to learn, curiosity to understand how things work
  • Motivation to be a champion of clients and represent their voice with empathy. Entrepreneurial approach to owning responsibilities with strong accountability to delivering outcomes
  • Customer-centric thought process with the ability to provide process improvement to the client experience
  • Organized and methodical to ensure tracking of client status, issues and related resolution plans in place, tracked and reported timely
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities, creative problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Financial Services experience essential. Experience in the cryptocurrency trading, custody space preferred
